Your Weekly Meditation

In preparation for your first meditation, spend some time over the next couple of weeks creating a peaceful place in your imagination where you will "go" when you enter the silence.


Be colorful and detail oriented when you first paint this into existence:   Use all your senses to experience the scene vividly!  How passionately you involve yourself in your imagination enhances your potential clairvoyance.

Finally, give your sanctuary a name.
